St. James Town
To date we have worked to develop our questionnaire and we are completing it with seniors throughout the community in preparation for our first discussion session to be held n Friday January 29
With the leadership of our coordinator Joy, we have gathered a group of neighbours interested in leaning more about the supporting our seniors. We are talking one on one and in groups with seniors and will complete over 200 copies of a questionnaire which we have developed to more precisely understand the specific needs of our community.
We are working with cultural and non cultural seniors groups through out the community. Our team will lead three discussion/information sessions within the community during January and February 2010.
We will publish our findings here.
